You will be given one-to-one coaching sessions, creating a realistic, sustainable and personalised approach to your health and well-being.

Firstly, a health questionnaire and a food diary will be sent to you for completion before we meet, to provide a general overview of where you are, enhancing our initial consultation time together.
During our initial consultation I will be doing a lot of listening and diving into your health history, lifestyle, diet and goals, where everything is strictly confidential.
Together, we will create a tailored plan designed to improve your energy, focus and overall well-being, making sure you are happy with the plan before you leave.
During our follow up consultations, we will always review your programme and discuss any issues that have arisen. This will allow us to adapt your plan together to help you move forward.
